Do not Bind Off.  Cut yarn, leaving a long tail.  Using a tapestry needle thread yarn tail through each live stitch taking it off your needle as you go.  When you have them all off the needle, pull together tightly and secure.

FINISHING:

POM-POM: Make pom-pom with Colors A & B. Wind these strands of yarn all together around a 5” piece of cardboard several times.  (The more winds, the fuller the pom-pom).  Slide off the cardboard and tie around the middle tightly with strand of yarn.  Cut end loops.  Attach to hat with tail left at top of hat.  Secure tightly.  Trim pom-pom ends as needed.

Weave in any yarn tails to the wrong side of Hat.  Clip close.
